The screw elements of the co rotating twin-screw extruder are designed in combination, which is arranged and assembled in an orderly manner by various types and lengths of screw elements. Therefore, the corresponding screw combination can be selected according to the difference of processing materials and processing technology, so as to change the residence time and shear stress of animal materials in the extruder, so as to make the processed data and processing technology different, The suitable screw combination was selected to improve the residence time and shear stress of animal material in the extruder, so that the processed data can reach the best induction function.
